Here we go again, another week and another plan. Maybe I can stick to the plan a little better this time. When work gets hectic, I go for quick meals and skip the heavy cooking. I tried to plan quick stuff most nights except for Wednesday. This recipe sounded so good that I just had to work it in and give it a try. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Monday - Salmon, broccoli, mashed potatoes
Tuesday - spagetti, green salad, garlic bread
Wednesday - Homemade Chicken Pot Pies
Thursday - leftovers
Friday - Papa John's Pizza
Saturday - tuna casserole
Sunday - lunch out and leftovers
